When Is The Right Time to Talk to a REALTORĀ®?

Even if you aren’t planning to actually make a move for another two years. Sellers should call earlier than buyers. This ensures we can minimize disruptions and maximize your investment.

Here are three common situations when it’s time to reach out.

  1. When you’re pondering the idea of change. Maybe you’re thinking about relocating or you have a change in your family status. Maybe you’re coming into a different season of life. Maybe you’re trying to decide if you should renovate or move. Maybe you’re looking for a perfect vacation property on the lake. Maybe you need to be closer to easy interstate access for your commute. Maybe you want your kids to go to a different school district. Whatever the reason, it’s time to reach out.
  2. The second the thought crosses your mind. I love working with my clients on planning. Here’s the thing: I understand the market and I can often help you see options you didn’t even know you had.
